1. Provision Period

• All agreements and engagements include a 6-month provision period unless otherwise specified in writing.
• During this period, both parties shall abide by the agreed terms for property listings and commissions.

2. Commission on Premium Property Listings

• You are entitled to receive a commission on every premium property listing made through our platform.
• The rate of commission will be as per the agreement signed between you and Mahendradevelopers.

3. Commission on Property Sales

• In addition to listing commissions, you are also entitled to receive a commission when a property listed by you is successfully sold.
• The commission will be payable only upon completion of the sale and receipt of full payment by the seller.

4. Payments

• All commissions will be disbursed within the agreed payment cycle after successful verification of the transaction.
• Any disputes regarding commission must be raised in writing within 15 days of payment due.

5. Responsibilities

• You must ensure that all property details provided are accurate, authentic, and lawful.
• Mahendradevelopers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraudulent practices.

6. Amendments

• Mahendradevelopers reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated via our platform or email. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of such changes.
