Free WiFi connection, Refrigerator,Microwave,Geyser,Water Purifier,Washing Machine (Washing allowed once a week)available. Food is not available.However,there are lot of food joints in the vicinity along with tiffin services as well,both veg and non-veg food providing one with utmost convenience.
Car Parking is not available in the building but there are ample spots outside in the nearby vicinity in order to park one's car quite safely without posing any issues in any manner.
Modes of transport and related facilities like Autorickshaws,Trains,buses,car services,drivers,etc are available to ply across the city.

Few of the Rules to be followed strictly are mentioned below:
Smoking,alcohol consumption,etc not permitted.Female companion not allowed.Guardian stay not allowed.

For Triple sharing Room, Security deposit(Amount equivalent to 1 month's rent) + 1 month advance rent+Registration/verification charges=Rs 7000+Rs 6500 +Rs 1000=Rs 14500 has to be paid prior to occupancy of the said room

For Twin sharing Room, Security deposit(Amount equivalent to 1 month's rent) + 1 month advance rent+Registration/verification charges=Rs 8500+Rs 8000 +Rs 1000=Rs 17500 has to be paid prior to occupancy of the said room

For the Single Room, Security deposit(Amount equivalent to 1 month's rent) + 1 month advance rent+Registration/verification charges=Rs 16000+Rs 15000 +Rs 1000=Rs 32000
